The interview stage happened in three parts: An initial interview with the head of development - this was laid back and quite relaxed. A second interview with the head of the department team. This was also more of a personality interview and was quite conversational. I enjoyed this one! A final technical interview with the senior developer on the team. This was relaxed, but focused. This developer wanted to know how I approached problems, what kind of engineering choices I made, how I began learning new languages, stuff like that. It was a very positive experience!
