Easy and smooth process. Aptidue and logical online test (fairly easy to pass) and then in person interview. In a few days they got back to me with an offer. Interview went on for an hour and it was with the hiring manager and the HR

3 part interview. Applied online through jobsite, and received an e-mail with an online test of logic questions and identifying patterns. I got a call a few weeks later and had 2 interviews. I had to answer logic problems and it was a very casual conversation. I was supposed to have an interview with more senior management but they didn't come to mine. Got a call a few weeks later saying I got the job.
