The process was somewhat cumbersome. I had two phone interviews and two office visits. I feel that the second office interview was unnecessary. One office interview should have been enough. The hiring manager asked a lot of tough questions during both the phone interview and the office visit. Please do not list a skill on your resume that you cannot describe in great detail.
