Interview
I applied for the job and waited to hear back from the company. They got back to me to set up an interview. We talked on the phone and then they set up a meeting for an in person interview. Very easy process that I would recommend to anyone.
You will be interviewed by the manager at the restaurant. He’ll ask basic questions to make sure that you are responsible and have common sense. Then they give you a tour of the restaurant, the kitchen, the dumpster outback

They asked me what is my background and what made me want to join Five Guys Burgers. It was a pretty standard interview process. I had to showcase some of my skills during a 5 min presentation.

Very succinct and to the point. Clearly read my resume and asked questions based off of what I wrote in the resume as well as the application so that was good.
