Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Five Guys (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Interview
It was a casual interview, there were about 15 others all asked to fill in questionnaires when they arrived, then the assistant manager interviewed you based on your responses and some additional questions
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
