Fitness Evolution interview questions

The interview was highly unprofessional. The whole point of the interview is the interviewer asking if you'd do in insane amount of work for $12hr. They also bashed and complained about other employees that they were planning on firing.

After the initial application has been filled out, the general manager will call you and invite you for an interview within a week. Dress for interview can be professional or casual for this position, you are asked a few questions, sometimes if the owner is around he likes to meet with new potential employees before the decision is final. Within a few days they call you back and schedule days for training.
