I applied through my school. Then I was sent a skills test. Following that I had a phone interview with HR and then an on site interview with people from different groups/levels in the company. I also had a short presentation which they gave me 30 min to prep for on a research report.

Interview
Pretty much all behavioral. I was in the middle of exam season so they accommodated me with a skype interview. Have a good idea bout basic credit ratings, high yield vs. investment grade and general market trends. Only thing is I didn't hear back for 3+ weeks, I had assumed I didn't get the job. One hard question was "tell me something about you not on your resume."

Interview
It's really about your initiative, your interest in finance, your willingness to learn, and how excited you are. They don't expect you to know all about bonds and loans, just show a genuine interest in finance and the markets, show that you're someone they'd like to work with, and you'll be fine.
