They used Vieple, so a 1-way interview where they show questions, and I record me anwering them by webcam. They gave 3 attempts if you didn't like the first recordings.

Interview
I first completed an online video assessment with general behavioural questions such as “Tell me about yourself,” “Why Fisher & Paykel,” and “What are your short- and long-term goals.”
Next, I had a phone interview with HR focusing on my visa status, salary expectations, and understanding of the company.
Finally, I was invited to the in-person interview at their Auckland headquarters, where I met the Team Manager.
The interview process was professional, structured, and friendly. However, their HR isn't efficient. I didn't get any feedback after my final interview for over 3 weeks. You never know if you'll make it after a very long time, which is a very stressful and mentally taxing process for the candidates.
