I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Berkeley Heights, NJ) in Dec 2023
Interview
I had three interviews. First one was with the recruiter/HR person over the phone. Second was a tech interview in person. Third was a tech interview over Zoom. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Question 1
There was a brain teaser about how to find a coin that was a lighter weight than the other in the fewest amount of steps.
First I interviewed with a recruiter, it was simple and short. Moreso asked questions about eligibility to work in the US. Then she asked just explain a little about my background and tech stack I use. Then she allowed me to ask several questions. The day right after, I was already going into the second technical interview. Also easier than I expected, asked questions about my projects, and then some simple software development questions. Then he lightly brushed up on my resume, asking some stuff about that.
Interview process included with 3 rounds. First 2 rounds are technical and last round is HR+Technical. During first round interviewer asked me some basic questions including one simple question for coding.

Question 1
1. OOP Concepts( You should be able explain the concept very well).
2. Exception Handling in java related questions.
3. One Coding question was given.
4. Questions based on Resume.
Interview process was fairly straightforward. Three rounds: one behavioral, one technical (coding interview), and another technical (discussion of current experience and exposure to what the job responsibilities will be). Both technical rounds were well conducted with a focus on thought process and how to approach problems.
