Despite the commendable interview process and professionalism exhibited by the hiring team, my experience with the HR department was exceptionally disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of organization and effective communication within the HR team, resulting in a subpar candidate experience. Although I had positive interactions with the hiring team, the overall process was overshadowed by the HR team's incompetence and inability to communicate clearly with candidates.
Given the challenges encountered during the hiring process, I am relieved that the role was an in-person position. Working with a company that demonstrates such a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates would undoubtedly be challenging. It is evident that the HR team lacks proper training and understanding of the hiring process, from screening to onboarding. Their explanations often seemed disconnected and unconvincing, leaving much to be desired.
The experience was exacerbated by the HR team's practice of including candidates in email conversations with multiple recruiters, resulting in confusion. This lack of transparency only served to further complicate an already challenging process.
I cannot fully articulate the extent of my disappointment with this company. I strongly advise against considering employment with them, as my experience highlights significant flaws in their hiring practices and organizational structure.
