Text a number to apply. Got a text back with the address. Went in and completed application and interview. Took about one hour to complete all. Was offered the job and told I would get a gift card Signon bonus for getting high school transcripts, previous work information to the office before the start of training.

What was the most difficult customer you have had and how did you handle it?
I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.
