Honest experience! One of my friends contacted me on LinkedIn informing about the current openings. I sent my resume to HR and they scheduled the interview. I went to their Pune Office. It seemed that there was no time limit for this test (!) as many of the candidates were writing the answers in no hurry, taking their own time and searching the answers on their phone with Google. There was no supervision on this first round of test. It consisted of general QA questions, mostly from ISTQB sample papers. And some subjective questions like STLC. Test was conducted in the reception area. After submitting the paper, they put me on hold for almost 1-1.5 hours. Two persons conducted my interview. Overall interview was about all the QA knowledge. When it ended, Senior panel came, one examiner from current panel informed senior person in the local language that 'I have checked him as per my requirements of examining'. I was surprised to listen this as he was providing the feedback about me 'in front of me'! Second round was conducted by senior panel. It was all about real time QA challenges and QA knowledge. Both the interviews were average and lacked some professionalism from the panel. Overall it was a very non-professional, lengthy and worst process. After interviews, I was thinking not to accept the offer even if they select me. But my joblessness overcame this thought.
