Interview
It was a two part process the first part was a phone screening asking the average interview questions that are easily prepared for. Including greatest strengths, weaknesses, why you’re fit for the job, work history inquiries, etc. The second part was in person with two interviewers, asking more basic questions with approximately 50% of them overlapping between the two interviews.

Phone interview went well. Lasted about 20 minutes. Usual interview questions. In person interview felt very judgy. Why do you want to work here questions or why work in finance. I gave my best answers.

Met with a couple of people and interviewed. They asked me several questions regarding my working experience. They also had a list of typed questions prepared to ask me. Overall, it was a decent interview experience.
