Well informed. They were friendly and nice. They let me ask questions and answered them in full. I wanted the job more after the interview than I did going into it
3 interviews. They seemed like a pretty well put together company, but in need of people after the acquisition. Sounds like burn out among managers and trying to rectify it by hiring more. 10 week training g program.

Asked me how I would respond to random scenarios and about my managing style.
Started with a phone interview with HR, then if a good fit, you are scheduled to meet with the Director of Operations, then a final interview with the regional manager.
