Business Optimization Manager (A Combination Project Manager Business Analyst) Interview

      14 Oct 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Wilmington, DE
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at First USA (Wilmington, DE) in Jul 2009

      Interview

I applied online for a specific posting. Human Resources called back asking if I would consider a total of 3 positions. The first interview was with the Human Resources contact right there on the phone. Next, I came into the office for a second HR interview and several tests (math, logical thinking, reading comprehension, and a variation of an IQ test, plus submission for a background check). There was then a round of phone interviews (4-5 people for each of the 3 potential positions) followed by 5 in-person interviews.
