First screening by Human Resource Department, later Technical&Behaviour where they access your background (technical) in depth knowledge in related skills and also your behaviour in managing situations which align with the company policy. Finally, followed by phone interview by the directors where more technical questions. HR personnel is polite and technical questions were quite tough.
