The interview process at FRB for a Learning & Development role was great. I applied online and quickly received a follow up for a recruiter phone screen.
Afterwards, I was scheduled for a phone call with the hiring manager and then we proceeded to a zoom interview with the team and a few key partners.
During the zoom interviews, everyone asked questions about my previous experience, my interest in the opportunity, and how I wanted to develop. At the end of each interview, they ensured I had enough time to ask my own questions and I thought gave honest and thoughtful answers.
