The process was relatively straightforward: 1. HR Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Multiple hiring team interviews (individual) 4. Presentation The presentation was described to me initially as a case study, then a "test run", and finally they asked me to do work that was within the scope of the job I was applying for. I wasn't comfortable doing the job as a part of the interview process so I suggested a case study or a presentation on my previous work. After a week I simply got a form rejection letter and no replies to my email asking for clarification.
