First Five Years Fund interview questions

They took a while to get back to me after applying because they received several applicants. The call screening was with their HR rep, who is incredible. She had to go through a long list of questions, but they were your standard questions. My call with the HR rep made me excited to work for this organization. So when I learned I made it to the next round, I was excited. My interview was with my soon to be manager, and she immediately gave me the impression that she did not want to be there. She had already postponed the original interview date because she had a prior commitment. And after waiting almost a month to meet her, she did not seem to care about this zoom call at all. So it was no surprise that I did not make it to the final round. I was surprised and disappointed by this unprofessional behavior, but I’m glad I dodged a bullet. The HR rep was kind enough to email me a rejection letter, but I do not think I’d apply at this place again. The environment seems very unwelcoming.
