First Equity Properties interview questions

Replied to ad on Craigslist. Had a phone interview, in person interview with where I had to do a grammar test, then came back in to fill out application. They made a huge to-do about how other companies leave you hanging and never tell you if you were hired or why you were rejected. After submitting my paperwork for background check (and credit check they didn't tell me about) I followed-up at least three times. She stopped responding. Finally emailed me to tell me corporate had rejected me and complained about how busy he has been trying to find someone to fill the position. When pressed, he told me I was rejected because of credit but would not allow me to contact the corporate office for more details. I am waiting on a copy of my credit report from TransUnion to verify that they did pull the credit but the only thing on there is student loans, a car loan, and three credit cards, all of which are current.
