After online application, invited to one day assessment centre at Newry Headquarters. This consisted of logic tests, group exercise and two one-to-one interviews. Group exercise was very relaxed and involved discussion and decision making in a group with two or three other applicants. The interviews were quite straightforward, standard questions for a placement position. Everyone seemed reasonably friendly and overall the experience was positive.
