I was recommended to interview by a current employee who worked with me at a previous bank. The process was quick. I met with my friend for coffee to discuss the opportunity. I had a phone interview with a recruiter from HQ. Then I had a panel interview with the managers of a few lines of business. Then I was offered the job. Wasn't able to negotiate salary much at all.
