Interview
This interview process was one of the most unprofessional processes I have ever been through. I first got a call from HR, that was basic "walk me through your background"- I made it through 7 rounds. After talking with the Hiring Manager she said I would do a panel. Well the panel ended up being 4 individual interviews that I had to do for 30 minutes and squeeze into 2 days. They emailed me the day before asking to do all of these. For every single interview they would email me at the end of the business day requesting that I do an interview the follow day, allowing absolutely no time to give my current company any notice. During my "panel", one of the women was literally reading her email and kept telling me her phone was ringing, I think that interview only lasted 10 minutes because she was so distracted. Finally I made it to the last round which was to give a presentation on a brief they gave me. No questions were asked and the team was nothing but said how great the work as and what they liked about it. They left me hanging for over two weeks of this process just to tell me they moved forward with someone else. The whole process felt like a complete waste of my time.
