The hiring wasn't very stressful. They asked about how I was in school, both academically and behaviorally. Then some basic questions to gauge my moral (if another students paper is sitting there and you didnt study, is it ok to copy some answers). I also had to take a quick academic assessment to make sure I could tutor the students
