I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Firestone Financial Corp (Needham, MA) in May 2019
Interview
I had four separate interviews; I was contacted via a recruiter via LinkedIn. I was very excited for the opportunity. I had gaven 120 percent to every interviewer and follow up thank you emails. The most disheartened thing is that they stated will contact you, Never did. I had to reach out to them and in turn the recruiter sent the most cut and paste email as a rejection.
They stated they found a candidate that matched what they were looking for. Little did they know i noticed they reposted the job that Friday before I reached out on the following Monday.
Advice: Looks extremely unprofessional to lie to a candidate, Please be honest. Secondly don’t have a candidate go through four interviews and then send the most cut and paste email that they were rejected. A Candidate that really want the job puts in time and energy for these interviews. Overall I really wanted the job but they didn't contact me back, and that they lied then its not a company i want to work for.
I also sent a follow up email asking for feedback, haven't heard a word since.
