interview was easy, it was about 2 hours. They really spent most of the time telling me how great the compensation and growth was. none of that ended up being true. I was given paperwork with projections of how much it would cost to start the job being that so much personal equipment was required i.e. a truck, tools, trailer, ladders, break, insurance. Then i was given paperwork with 2 different projections on how much i could make. It seemed like an offer I couldn't refuse.
