Applied through a hiring manager I contacted on LinkedIn, I got a call for a phone screen interview from the company within in week. Interview was brief about half an hour , was given a skydrive link and asked to write down my reply/answer there. process was pretty simple but disappointed with incoherence of the interview and the Position interviewed for.

Question 1
The only question asked was a very surprising question indeed, It was about the conwoy's game of life, implementation details, problems faced during implementation and how to counter act those challenges. I was really surprised with this question since the position description involved a lot of Networking involved.
