Fire & Flower interview questions

Interview process was a bit strange, asking you what your favorite quote is and how it applies to your life. Some strange questions that I feel has nothing to do with the position.

Was very conversational and welcoming - we sat outside on a bench in a little grassy area that was outside the shop. I had an amazing boss at the Banff and Canmore locations in Alberta. He asked an interesting question of "who was your best boss and why" and that was the best interview question I think I've ever been asked.
