Interview
The process itself was lengthy and following up, it was clear there VP was unorganized. When I did hear back, the information was always incomplete so I had to continue to ask additional questions - awkward when you're just trying to continue the process.

Interview
I had a strange encounter with this company. I have a background in higher ed and was interested in learning about what they do. I reached out to the Client Care Manager and just asked what a typical day was like working in client care to see if it was something I would be interested in if something opened up. Basically I just wanted a brief informational interview. He replied and said he was not comfortable discussing that and it was not something they typically did. What is the big secret? I reached out to several other companies at the same time and this was the only company who declined.
Anyways, I received an email a few days later saying that I had contacted them at a good time as they had a new opening in their client care department. I should take a look and apply if interested. I did apply and about 2-3 months later that they went with another candidate. No hard feelings but the negative reaction to my asking for information about the company was a turn off.

Interview
I sent in a resume and cover letter online. Phone interview with the manager of the department, then a technical test, and finally an interview with the head of the department. Everyone was very friendly and answered my barrage of questions. The process was extremely long, however.
