1. Talk with Recruiter - usual questions - normal conversation.
2. Talk with Hiring Manager - good and open talk
3. Presentation to Hiring Manager + Sales Director - I could choose from a few topics, and made one based on many years experience.
The presentation turned awkward very fast. The sales director started interrupting and explain the world and how he saw the world different from me. I can appreciate a good discussion but these disagreements were about really trivial things. It was as if he was looking for a fight or excuse to not hire me.
The most frustrating is that after this meeting I never heard back from them anymore. They did not even bother to give me the bad news or give me some honest feedback.
