From the ease of applying via LinkedIn, to the subsequent followups from HR, my interview process with Fino Consulting was a pleasure. A perfectly organized and super-efficient process, I met with some fascinating, smart people, who were energized and professional, as well as courteous and enthusiastic about their firm and their clients. I was made to feel welcome and valued. Communication at its finest!

Interviewed by phone for the first round. The interviewer was late and rescheduled for 30 min late. Talked about general engineer question and also talked with non-engineer non-hr employees which is a little bit new experience. On-site with senior engineer and write code in visual studio. Met with CEO but no interview with him. Got offer by the end of the day.
