I applied online. I interviewed at Finixio (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
After one video interview I was told I need to do an assignment, which was a in-depth analysis of one of their website and suggesting optimizations and giving them content ideas. I felt uncomfortable doing this, as it felt like they're just trying to get people to work for them for free. I wish I read Glassdoor reviews before doing the assignment, because they did the same to me as they did to many other reviewers. I worked for around 4h on the assignment and after submitting it, I got an answer back within 10(!) minutes, giving me a standard rejection that was probably auto-generated. They didn't even have the decency to reach out to me in person, and most likely used my work for their websites. I feel taking advantage of and this is absolutely horrible. Stay away from this company.
Very good interview and company to work for, fully remote and fast paced. Rapidly growing, great teams and nice culture. A company to watch in the upcoming months - in this booming time!

Question 1
experience and industry knowledge, notice and salary
I recently went through a comprehensive, well-structured, and genuinely enjoyable interview process at Finixio, a company I'm excited to soon be joining. The process began with a preliminary conversation with an in-house recruiter. This discussion served as an insightful overview of the company, providing detailed information about its industries, values, and the specifics of the role I was applying for. Upon mutual positive feedback, a second interview was arranged with potential future team members. This conversation dove deeper into the role, allowing a more thorough understanding of the position's requirements and the necessary skills. It also offered me an opportunity to further share my experiences and qualifications in a collaborative setting. Following the team discussion, I was provided with a practical assignment to showcase my abilities and understanding of the role. This was an excellent opportunity for me to prove my competency and demonstrate how I could contribute to the team's success. After completing the assignment satisfactorily, a third meeting was scheduled with the recruiter. This final call was geared towards discussing the terms of employment, providing space for any lingering questions, and ultimately, finalizing the agreement.
