Met with recruiter. Had one-on-one conversation with senior partner of company. Then met individually with several team members to ask them questions and get a good idea of what it was like to work here to make sure it would be a good fit for me.

Interview
First a phone call getting to know you and your experience. Then a 4 round in person interview. You mostly ask the questions. They will ask you some questions but mostly they are pitching it to you cuz its a tough job. After that I got one final phone call interview about my experiences and any further questions and I got the offer on the phone.
