Emailed my resume, got a call 2 weeks later. Went in for an interview with store manager and a few days later received an offer. The process was smooth but longer than expected.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
