The HR person who handled my application scheduled a Skype call with me. I got no email or response when I asked for the Skype details of whom I should be speaking with. Half an hour later I gave up waiting. The next day I called the company and to my surprise was informed that this HR person no longer worked there.
The CEO then emailed me to say they were told it was an onsite interview, while I was told it was a phone interview. He asked if I would still be available to speak that day and I said yes, but heard nothing back. Two days later everything was still in limbo and I heard nothing.
In short, it was a negative experience from the get go and I felt little was done to correct it. As a result I removed myself from consideration for the role.
