The interview process was structured in multiple steps. It started with an initial screening call focused on my background, motivation, and understanding of the financial consulting role. This was followed by a more in-depth interview where they assessed my analytical skills, communication abilities, and commercial mindset. The interviewer was professional and the overall atmosphere was positive, although there was a strong focus on sales attitude and target orientation.
