Interview
Telephone Interview: general chat about CV, experiences, interests, SOLID, TDD, and career path.
Tech Test: Appears easier than it is, use TDD, submit code often to show working and make sure it compiles
Face-to-Face: Code review of tech test, pair programming to extend tech test, meet the team and a chat with the head of engineering.
