A company with a great cause, so I applied online. After about 2 weeks, had a video call screening interview. The next day, received a link for an online technical assessment for "Senior Software Engineer", even though the position I applied for was "Salesforce Developer", and even though I made clear at the screening that I had little or no experience in some technology stack in the assessment. I was given a week to finish. There were two video recording questions and three coding questions. About two weeks later, received an email saying that I need some improvement and hence was rejected. I admit that I did not do well on the assessment, but can't help feeling that I got tested on something I did not apply for.
