Financial Services Compensation Scheme interview questions

Came through an agency, there was 3 stages. 1st stage was a presentation and panel, 2nd stage w/ Head of Dept. and 3rd stage w/ head of business area. 3x SHL tests also had to be completed, verbal, non-verbal and numerical. Process for contract staff was shorter.

Relatively easy process, interview was over Teams, and was quite relaxed. Unfortunately I was ghosted afterwards - literally no feedback at all, which is not great. So from that perspective I wouldn't recommend them
