The interviews here are very basic, they call you and you do one face to face interview with the managing director(s) and office manager. if this interview goes well, they ask you out to lunch to get yo know you more personally. if nothing goes wrong here, you will generally receive an offer.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. I applied via indeed and was contacted by the office manager within one day for a quick phone interview. I was told that they were very interested in me and that they wanted to schedule a second round phone interview with the Conference Manager via Skype. That interview went well and I was instructed to complete a lengthy performance project. Shortly fter completing the project I was informed that they had decided to hire someone who was referred by an employee.

Interview
You get to interview directly with the CEO, as well as other team members. People are friendly, but make you aware of the work style. They give you information on profit sharing and how you can earn more in addition to your base salary.
