One of the worst candidate experience, I have gone through. Initially my 1st interview was postponed without any prior information due to unavailability of manager. Subsequently my rescheduled interview was conducted by an Intern due to again HM being unavailable even after timeslot being confirmed by herself. Intern who conducted my interview had no ideas was she was asking and it was more like a scripted questions from her end. When asked to elaborate further on some of the questions she ended up repeating her question without any explanation. I would really urge companies like these not to take interviews just for the sake of taking interviews and waste everyones time and creating false expectations
