Finance Buddha interview questions

Interview process emphasized more on what new could I bring to the company, rather than finding more about what I had done in previous employments. The focus was completely on what I could be, if given a chance to work with Finance Buddha. Interview was in multiple rounds, with two telephonic rounds, 1 F2F interview and 1 HR round. The F2F interview lasted for almost an hour. It started with walking through the resume, and then quickly it shifted to what value would I bring to the company and how. The F2F round was followed with the HR round and I was offered the joining letter in the next 1 hour.
