First there was an initial virtual meeting over Teams with the HR leader and the hiring manager, followed up personality assessment test, then final on-site interview with a small panel of peers.

Interview
The questions were mostly behavioral, and they asked a few questions on what I've done in the past for engineering projects. There were some logistical questions too about how I would get to work.
