They'll have you take some weird IQ test that's pretty pointless. They should be able to glean enough information about my intelligence sufficiently from my resume, education, background, and a conversational interview. Took it, passed it, moved on. Whatever.

Wow, now I get the privilege of finally talking to a real engineering hiring manager. Surely this guy will be reasonable, right? Wrong.
