Phone interview was okay and they ask about my customer services experience and how i can reach the target if i can work on Saturday they asked me and example how i reach out to people

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.

a series of phone and zoom calls that are about 1-2 weeks apart. the annoying thing was when i asked about how the quotas worked (that they breifly brought up) they seemed a little annoyed with me
