The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third (Evansville, IN)
Interview
It’s a shame that Fifth Third’s HRIS will not import from my resume or LinkedIn account. Their system had me manually input my information-this took over an hour. Their pull down boxes freeze. It wouldn’t allow me to import anything-even after I manually typed the info. Terrible, terrible system. I gave up. Get it together 5/3rd!!!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fifth Third (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2020
Interview
Quick phone interview followed by a three person interview (in-person). The district managers were more focused on why I was considering moving from my current employer than they were with my 16 years of experience. I focused on the coaching and sales aspect of my experience and they weren’t really concerned with quality coaching interactions. This tells me they aren’t hiring a manager, they are hiring a very experienced sales person. If your passion is coaching and developing, avoid at all costs.

Question 1
If you’re a top performer at your current employer, why look for a job here?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online, in less than a week received a phone interview with a Recruiter, 2 days later (Friday) had a face-to-face interview with the Area Manager, was offered the job on Tuesday the following week. The background/ credit check took about 4 weeks. Be patient, if they want you, you're honest and don't have any disqualifying things on your background, it will work out.
I was very pleased with my compensation package as well.
They use the STAR interview style:
Situation/ Task
Action
Result
It's important to be as specific as possible. not what you would do but an actual moment in time and what you did and the outcome.
