Fieldpoint Service Applications interview questions

They wanted to get to know you. They shoot from the hip and tell you what's on their mind. They want to make sure that you are a fit. Their preference is full time employees and working at the office (no home offices). Had an initial phone interview. Met the hiring manager and someone from another part of the organization. Third interview met with all the partners and presented a working business plan.
