      Sales Development Program (FDP) Interview

      31 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Machesney Park, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Field (Machesney Park, IL) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Lengthy, rewarding, educational. The process took about a month and a half, and had a few stages with many different people on staff involved. They rely heavily on cultural compatibility when deciding to move forward to each interview in the process. Education, aptitude and ability are very important, but possessing the intangible qualities first, and foremost, are their priority and a huge reason why they are such a fast growing company with an extremely low rate of attrition both on the staff and customer sides. Love it here!
