I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity TalentSource (Merrimack, NH) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied at Fidelity Investments talent acquisition manager suggestion after I didn't pass their test during the hiring process. A recruiter called me the next day, spoke with me for 20 minutes and said she'd call me in 24 to 48 hours to set up the phone interview. She never called and never responded to my messages. Very disappointing experience.

Question 1
Tell me about the time you provided outstanding customer service.
Lengthy, at least 3 separate interviews. The process wasn't too difficult but took over a month to complete and then took about two weeks for the background check to be verified.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fidelity TalentSource (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2020
Interview
I was initially referred to this role through another recruiter at Fidelity. I applied for another position and it wasn't the best fit at the time, but they liked me enough that they wanted to refer me over to this role. The interview process was thorough and very involved, but I say that as a good thing because it shows how much they care about who they are hiring. My interview also fell right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, which had me a bit worried; but the managers handled it very well and we set the final interview up for a zoom call. As far as the regular process there were three steps: Phone interview with Hiring recruiter, in-person group interview with hiring recruiter, then a final speed dating style interview with 6 managers in the department. The last portion I did not do because of COVID.
