Be ready to name your 3 strengths and weaknesses. They will ask you to name a time you provided great customer service and a time you provided bad customer service. Ensure you know your resume and can answer questions about it. Fidelity uses the STAR interview method.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
